A. Anytime! You can make your purchases online or by fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Please make sure that you have entered all pertinent information including credit card number and expiration date, billing address for your credit card, and shipping address correctly.

Can I order from outside the US?
A. Yes, simply follow the instructions and make sure you fill in your country and all proper zip or mailing codes. If Shipping Costs are more than $15.00 US Funds, we will email you a quote prior to shipment. To speed up processing your order you need to respond to the quote ASAP.
Product Information
eXpressKaraoke will be updated on a daily basis. Product release dates will be added to the on line catalog as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.
If a New Release is not yet available from the manufacture, you can still make your purchase and we will ship as soon as it becomes available. Just add it to your cart and follow instructions. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change.

eXpressKaraoke Guarantee & Warranty
All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Defective CD+G's must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Hardware warranty varies according to manufacturer.
Authorized returns other than for manufacturer defect may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Before any merchandise can be returned you must obtain an RA Number. You can FAX this request to (760) 744-3802. Include the original invoice number and reason for return.
How to Order
Manufacturers Discs & Hardware
Search or browse through over 5,000 products and select which items you would like to purchase by placing them in your shopping cart. You may browse as much as you like and make as many purchase selections, as you want at any time. You may increase or decrease the quantity of any item on the Shopping Cart page.
Other Order Information
California residents will reflect 7.5% sales tax on merchandise purchased. Orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day.
When you are done shopping you may place your order in one of 3 methods.

Check or Money Order
A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. eXpressKaraoke reserves the right to withhold shipment on orders paid by check until funds are cleared. Purchase orders are accepted. Please fax a copy of the purchase order for approval.

When finished with your shopping, completely fill out the order form available to you on line. Shipping Costs
Shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail Ground and International, Overnight, Saturday Delivery Overnight or 2 day. Other Shipping Methods are available upon request for an additional charge.
